All Jacqueline L'Estrange books and merchandise come directly from the author. This means that all books are signed by Jacqueline, and each parcel is packed with love by her and the team.

We work with a delivery partner to send all your goodies within a maximum of 5 working days for orders within Australia and between 7-14 working days for most international orders.

If you notice your parcel hasn't moved in over a week, please do contact us so we can investigate with our delivery partner.

We can ship to most countries throughout the world, so if your country is not available when you come to the checkout please drop us a message using the contact form and we will do our best to get this added for you.

Taxes & VAT
We are shipping from Australia and are not licensed to collect or pay import taxes or VAT. If your country charges those taxes, you pay them to the courier on delivery. If you do not typically pay charges on packages shipped from outside of your country, you should be fine with books, but there are some countries that assess the taxes on any international shipment.

If the package is returned to us, and you don't want to pay for a second delivery attempt, we can refund the price of your order but NOT the shipping fees as we've already paid for the first attempted delivery.

US Tariff Information
If you're a US resident, we're sure you've heard about the latest tariffs that came into effect at the end of August 2025. 

• books are exempt from any extra import charges, but there is a reciprocal tariff to be paid based on the country of origin. 

• there will be additional costs for any non-book items, plus a customs admin fee.

It is likely that per item in your order, you will be charged an extra $1-$3 in tariffs.
Please look out for an email from customs as you will need to pay this extra charge before they will deliver your parcel to you.
